Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for IT professional services.
    • Identify target markets, prospects, and potential clients.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Sales Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
    • Set clear goals and KPIs for individual team members.
    • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their performance.
  • Market Research and Trends:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
    • Use market insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates.
    • Forecast revenue and track progress against targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in IT services sales, preferably in professional services.
    • Familiarity with cloud solutions, managed services, and digital transformation.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
    • Technical sales skills for major technologies like Datacenter migration to cloud, Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, SharePoint Online, Managed Services etc..
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
