Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for individual team members.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their performance.
- Market Research and Trends:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Use market insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Forecast revenue and track progress against targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven track record in IT services sales, preferably in professional services.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions, managed services, and digital transformation.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Technical sales skills for major technologies like Datacenter migration to cloud, Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, SharePoint Online, Managed Services etc..
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
