Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Migration SME to join our team. As a subject matter expert, you will play a crucial role in migrating on-premises SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless transitions, and optimizing performance. If you have a deep understanding of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and a knack for troubleshooting, this role is for you! 

Responsibilities: 

Migration Strategy and Planning: 

• Lead the strategy and planning for migrating on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online. 
• Define action plans and best practices. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful migration execution. 

Technical Expertise: 

• Master SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms. 
• Troubleshoot migration issues. 
• Educate users across business units (Finance, Engineering, etc.). 
• Enable users to perform minor migrations independently. 

Team Coordination: 

• Lead and coordinate migration efforts. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
• Share knowledge and best practices. 

POC Development: 

• Define proof-of-concept (POC) solutions for complex migration challenges. 
• Address potential issues within SharePoint. 

Qualifications: 

Digital & IT Experience: 

• Proven experience in migrating on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online. 
• Familiarity with software migration processes. 

Communication Skills: 

• Excellent communication skills. 
• Ability to educate and guide users effectively.
